Information You Should Know
About Ordering and Shipping
Ordering is easy through our website 24 hours a day/7 days a
week. If you have questions, you can reach us during our regular
business hours at 928-774-7629. Business Hours are Monday thru
Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MST and sometimes on weekends.
All orders must be received by 7:00 AM MST in
order to ship the same day. Otherwise they will be shipped the
following business day.
The Basketeer reserves the right to substitute items of equal or
better value depending upon availability and season.
Substitutions for chocolate items are made May through October.
NOTE: The Basketeer will NOT accept
orders for gifts to be shipped to patients staying at hospitals.
We strongly encourage sending the gift to the recipient's home
address, to a close family member or to a friend.
Shipping
We ship our gift baskets MONDAY-FRIDAY within the 48 contiguous
United States via UPS ground (3-day Express and 2-day Air
shipping available for an extra charge), no international or
military APO/FPO shipments. UPS picks up and delivers
Monday-Friday, and requires a Street Address and phone number
for all packages. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Some of the smaller items are shipped priority mail but that is
stated for that item. Any order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or
Puerto Rico requires special rates - please

Cheesecakes and a few additional items are
shipped via fedex.
If there is a mistake in shipping information provided -- even
if the house number is just one digit off or an apartment letter
is missing -- your credit card will be charged for the
correction or return fee that we are charged by UPS. This can
cost up to $10 per package. UPS charges us this amount and
therefore we must charge you. So please double check your
information and enter it carefully on our secure online order
form.
If a cheesecake, or other very perishable
item, is undeliverable because of an incorrect address or no one
being available to accept delivery, you will still be charged
for the order.
TWO-DAY AIR and OVERNIGHT (with Monday - Friday
delivery) options are available for select baskets If the
overnight or 2-day air options are not shown for a particular
product, then air shipping is not possible for that item. Some
very perishable items can only be shipped two-day air or
overnight.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown for each item and will be added to the
total shown in your shopping cart. Please make sure that, when
more than one size is available, you have chosen the shipping
for the same size that you choose. Otherwise, we will make that
change for you when we run your credit card.
Sales Tax
By law, we must collect 8.426% state sales tax for all orders
being shipped to Arizona addresses. This is 8.426% of the
total order, including shipping/handling charges.
Local or Hand Delivery
Local delivery in Flagstaff is available on some gifts/gift
baskets. When this is available, it will be shown in the
shipping/delivery options as a choice. See shipping details
above.
Customer Satisfaction
The Basketeer will use its best efforts to resolve customer
satisfaction issues in a timely manner. The Basketeer will
replace or credit the value of any part of a gift arrangement
deemed to be damaged or defective. The Basketeer warrants the
gift arrangements to have the look and value represented on our
website although products within a gift basket may be
subsitituted depending on season and availability. Credit
will not be issued where subjective matters of taste, style or
retail value are involved.
Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
